From a photo to a reviewed report, in six steps

01. Capture
You send a photo of a receipt or invoice on WhatsApp, forward it by email or upload a statement. Ledger OS logs it the moment it arrives and files the original.
02. Read
Ledger OS reads the supplier, date, amount, currency and VAT from the document, even from a slightly blurry phone photo.
03. Match
The receipt is matched to the right line on your bank or mobile money statement, so every payment has proof and every receipt has a payment.
04. Categorise
Using rules set up for your business, the transaction is coded to the right account and VAT treatment. New suppliers are flagged instead of guessed.
05. Review
A BesTally accountant reviews every reconciliation and anything Ledger OS flagged. A second person checks the month before reports go out.
06. Report
Reviewed figures flow into Prism XP and your monthly pack, with a plain-language summary of what changed.

No. Ledger OS proposes, people decide. Every reconciliation is reviewed by an accountant, and anything unusual is checked before it is posted.
The review step is there to catch it. Every entry keeps the original document attached, so any mistake can be traced and fixed.
No. It works from statements you upload or from view-only access. It cannot make payments.
